Nutrinity is an AI meal planner app for iPhone. It plans 14 days of meals, turns them into a shopping list and walks you through cooking each one.

What it does

Setup asks about your goal, body stats, activity, how you eat, restrictions, dislikes, cuisines, equipment, cooking experience, cooking time, servings, budget per meal and where you shop.
It builds 14 days of meals. Each meal has calories, macros, ingredients and steps.
You can swap today’s meals you don’t want; other days are view-only.
It makes a shopping list for the stores you pick near you, with estimated prices. Items in your pantry stay off it.
Cook mode shows one step at a time, with timers.
You check off what you ate. Statistics show calories and macros against your daily target.

It doesn’t order or deliver groceries. You shop the list yourself.
It runs only on iPhone.
It isn’t medical advice. Plans come from an AI model, and the numbers are estimates. If you have a medical condition or a medically necessary diet, work with your doctor or a registered dietitian.

The privacy policy lists every service the app uses.

The Nutrinity team writes every page, including the comparisons that feature our own app.
Facts about other apps come from each company’s own site. We link the page we checked and show the date.

The example week’s nutrition is computed from ingredient weights with USDA FoodData Central values and compared with the FDA Daily Values. Its store names, prices and pantry are made up. See Methods and sources for the full citations and what we don’t claim.
