Email feedback@nutrinity.appQuick answers
- How do I cancel or change my subscription?
- Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and pick Nutrinity. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription on its own.
- I paid but the app still shows the paywall.
- Tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the subscription screen. If that does not clear it, email us with the Apple ID email you used.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Profile, then Account & settings, then Delete account. Your plans, lists and profile are removed. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel that in Settings first. If you cannot get into the app, email us from the address on the account.
- How do I get a copy of my data?
- Email privacy@nutrinity.app from the address on your account and say if you want a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. We verify the request and reply within the time the law requires. The privacy policy has the details.
- Is Nutrinity medical advice?
- No. Nutrinity is a planning tool. If you have a medical condition or a medically necessary diet, work with your doctor or a registered dietitian.
More answers about plans, grocery lists and pricing are in the Nutrinity FAQ.
