AI Meal Planner With a Grocery List for Your Local Store
Nutrinity turns your 14-day meal plan into one shopping list for the grocery store you pick near your ZIP code, with an estimated total. Anything already in your pantry is left off, and you can swap today’s meal if you don’t want it.
Is there an app that tells me what to cook this week and what to buy?
Nutrinity picks your meals from your setup answers. Then it lists what to buy for them at the store you pick. The menu and the list are in the same app.
Is there a family dinner planner with a grocery list?
Set servings to the size of your household during setup, and the plan and the shopping list are sized to match. For a family on a tight budget, see a cheap weekly meal plan for a family of 4.
How does Nutrinity build the grocery list?
During setup you tell the app your goal, how you eat, what you’d rather skip, your equipment, your cooking time and your budget per meal. It builds 14 days of meals from that. Every ingredient in those meals goes into one list.
How do I choose my store?
Search by ZIP code, by address or with your current location, and set how far you are willing to go. The app shows grocery stores it finds within that radius. Pick a main store. You can add a backup store too, for the weeks your usual one is out of the way.
What does the list show?
- One list for the plan, grouped by store.
- One list for the store you pick, with an estimated total for that store. Prices in store may differ. More on this in the budget meal planner.
- Checkboxes. Tick items off as you shop.
What about the food I already have?
Add it to your pantry. The pantry holds what you already have, so it stays off the shopping list and is not bought again. See how the pantry works.
What happens when I swap today’s meal?
Pick another option and you’ll see its calories and protein, and how the calories change. Only today’s meal can be swapped; other days are view-only. The shopping list is built from your plan, so check it after a swap before you shop.
Is this the same as grocery delivery?
No. Some meal planners connect to delivery services and let you check out. Nutrinity doesn’t. It builds the list for your store, and you do the shopping. If ordering in the app matters most to you, our comparison shows which apps say they offer it.
How does this compare to a list from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT can write a list if you ask, and a grocery app inside the chat can build a cart. ChatGPT doesn’t keep a pantry list, track what you eat or give you a cook mode. More on that in Nutrinity vs ChatGPT.

Which stores can I pick?
Grocery stores near your ZIP code, address or current location, within a radius you choose. The app shows what it finds nearby; you pick a main store and, if you like, a backup.
